Pilates!
Pilates is a low-impact, complete body workout that combines stretching and strengthening of the core muscles. The concept: Strengthen your deep abdominal muscles with controlled, precise motions of the arms and legs to help create a powerful “core” that supports the rest of your body. Strengthening the core muscles is essential to the success of treatment for such physiological conditions as back pain, stress and postpartum recovery. That said, you will feel the benefits as you perform your daily activities such as, getting out of bed, brushing your teeth and getting in and out of your car. It will improve your posture and even help you breather better.
Pilates is different than yoga. The key similarity between the two is controlled breathing techniques. Otherwise, they are distinctly different. In Pilates you will use abdominal muscles that you never thought you had. Added to your cardio and weight training workouts (and, even your yoga routine), Pilates will really round out your exercise plan.

Cardio Kickboxing is an amazing and fun cardio workout that blends various forms of martial arts and self defense designed to raise your heart rate and relax your soul. There is no sparing, no contact and no forms to memorize.
The Cardio Kickboxing class begins with a slow warm up. As the tempo picks up, you’ll feel the energy flow through you as you punch and kick. Before you know it your heart rate will climb and your skin will become moist with sweat. The beat of the music keeps the tempo of the class and you will feel it pulsate through your body. Then, near the end, meditation will help you free your mind from stress and worry as your body begins to cool down.
